I 100% recommend this product to anyone with headaches or migraines. It will usually help my headache enough so that I can get through my day much easier. I'm guessing it takes about 50% of my headache pain away. I've almost completely stopped taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen.

Worked for my tension headache!!! I bought mine directly from their site, but I wanted to leave a review because when something works- you've gotta share. I didn't expect this hunk of rubber to help my headache but it really did! It created a suction in my ears and 5 minutes later I felt great! I don't think it'll work for all headaches/migraines but it definitely worked for my tension headache.

I have tried everything for my migraines from pharmaceuticals, and brain freezes to sphenopalatine ganglion nerve blocks (yes, that's a thing)... this helps more than all of those and without any side effects. I am now more attached to my RELIEVO than my smartphone, which says a lot.

This device is a lifesaver! My mom and I both suffer from extreme barometric pressure induced migraines and have long histories of inner ear issues. I got this device on the advice of my migraine neurologist. When there is an extreme shift or the pressure crosses a certain threshold, triggering a severe migraine and an imbalance of pressure/severe pain in my ears. I get a panic attack (and extreme anxiety just traveling) when my ears pop and I can’t hear well. Having this has helped ease my anxiety and has relieved ear pressure every time my ear has popped. I think that it's really good for tension headaches, and head aches from grinding my teeth so it helps me just a little bit. It's easy to use. If you're farsided like me, it helps with tension too.

I have pulsatile tinnitus and have never seen anything on the market that mentioned helping with that. This thing is a lifesaver for the pressure.
